The restyling of the 207 was more profound than we expected for the segment of small cars. Rather than focus on larger, as usually happens, Peugeot has reduced by 7 cm anterior to the body, has lowered the height of 1 cm and is able to reduce the average weight of 110 pounds. The lighter version of the new 208 will not exceed the ton of weight, this represents a genuine revolution if we think of the average environmental benefits.

More spacious and ergonomic

Reduce the length of the car does not necessarily worsen the capacity. According to Peugeot, the new 208 (3.96 meters) 5 cm will have more space for the knees in the back seat and will have a trunk with a capacity of 15 liters more than the previous year, reaching 285 liters.

Internally, there have been significant changes, among which is particularly evident improvement of quality, a smaller steering wheel and new instrument panel, rather higher and more comprehensive than the previous generation. Peugeot ensures that this configuration is able to replace the "Head Up Display" and allows the driver to constantly refer to information on the car without taking your eyes off the road.

Even on the engine there will be some important news, such as the presentation of two new petrol engines. With just a 3-cylinder, the 1.0 and the 1.2 VTi mark of 4.3 liter average fuel consumption and emissions of less than 100 grams of CO2 per kilometer. Under this figure will be placed on emissions of less powerful diesel engine which, in addition, will offer a 3.4-liter Polyuse approved.
Ultimately, Peugeot has announced up to five different engines for the new 208, four of which mount the Start & Stop system. Thanks to such equipment, CO2 emissions over the entire range will be reduced by an average of 34 grams.
The Peugeot 208 will debut in public at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2012.

Review : BMW G-Power X6 M

Expensive power

Tuning Extreme: G-Power adds to the already very powerful 170 hp in the BMW X6 M, which in this way is able to reach the mark of 300 km / h. In order to stop the run, G-Power offers ceramic brake the price amazing.

The big wheel can be filled with 23-inch wheels purchased at a price of 10,550 euros *. A sport suspension shall be 3,604 Euro * to lower the body of 3 cm, while the hot exhaust gases escaping from a dual exhaust system stainless steel pipe. To customize the cockpit you can choose between different types of leather and an assortment of various colors.

Review : Ford Mustang Shelby GT500

This special Mustang is equipped with a 5.8-liter V8 engine that develops an impressive output of 650 hp with a peak torque of 813 Nm and a top speed of over 320 km / h. To understand what this really means, just think that the previous version a power of 550 hp with 700 Nm and reached a maximum of 300 km / h.
